Lead Clearance Inspection

$400 per Unit (Up to Four)

Conducted by licensed Risk Assessor to ensure the area is free from lead dust and debris. It confirms the environment meets safety standards and is safe for occupancy.

Lead Risk Assessment (Most Common)

$500 per Unit (Up to Four)

Evaluation of the property to identify potential lead hazards. Includes testing for deteriorating lead paint, lead dust, and soil contamination (if applicable). The assessment helps determine the presence and extent of lead-related risks and provides recommendations for managing or removing these hazards.

Includes Lead Clearance Inspection.

NEEDED FOR RENTAL REGISTRATION & LEAD CERTIFICATE IN CLEVELAND.
